WELCOME TO AMS...

Administrative Management Systems, Inc, (AMS) provides single contact coordination of certification and inspection services between fabricators and installers of fenestration products (glass, windows, doors, skylights, glazing systems), and nationally recognized associations such as the Window and Door Manufacturing Association (WDMA), Safety Glazing Certification Council (SGCC), Insulating Glass Certification Council (IGCC), Fenestration & Glazing Industry Alliance (FGIA), National Fenestration Rating Council (NFRC), and the North American Contractors Certification (NACC) program.

AMS focuses on providing cost effective and efficient management, technical, inspection, and administrative services to the fabricators and installers, while still allowing each association sponsor to maintain their own autonomy and control of their specific certification process.

AMS's services include the inspection of glass and window, door, skylight, and glazing system fabricator's and installers products to stringent safety, thermal, durability, structural criteria and performance levels. Product certification is paramount to fabricators and installers because it assures their customers and the public that they offer products and services that meet the required ratings and standards.

Owned and operated by John G. Kent since it was established in 1998, AMS is a recognized leader in product compliance testing and certification in the glass and fenestration industry. With a well organized and professional office staff, as well as a number of regionally located auditors throughout the US and abroad, AMS provides companies with certification services in the most cost effective and efficient manner available with industry leading credibility.

AMS’s commitment to Impartiality, Conflict of Interest and Objectivity

AMS understands that trust is the hallmark of any reputable certification program.  To that end, AMS ensures it remains a third party to the product, processes, services, and people it certifies.  Employees and contract staff are subject to stringent conflict of interest and confidentiality agreements. Furthermore, potential risks to impartiality are mitigated on an ongoing basis and reviewed by an independent impartiality review committee.

AMS is committed to transparency of process and welcomes and any questions or concerns on this topic.
